Deacon Blue started 1993 with the release of their fourth album 'Whatever You Say, Say Nothing'. Two gigs at the Clapham Grand were arranged for the week the album was released, and a major tour was arranged for April. However, things started to go wrong.... By the time tour reached London again, the album had dropped out the top 40. Two more singles failed to put the album back into the charts. A tour was announced for November, but then 6 weeks ahead of the tour was postponed. |
